1. Time Tracker
With Talentia HCM 12.6, we’re pleased to launch a brand-new module that enables Employees to track their working time using an electronic Timesheet, fully accessible from anywhere, with an easy-to-use Clock In / Clock Out feature. This module also offers employees an integrated workflow to ask their manager to approve an Overtime Request.
Managers can review and approve their team’s timesheets and will be notified by email, MS Teams or Slack when there’s a Timesheet ready for approval.
Managers and HR can monitor and analyse working time logged against specific Project and Activities and capture resource allocation cost and profitability KPIs.
2. Omnichannel Chatbots
In the era of hybrid workforces, employees will interact even more often with their colleagues using tools such as Outlook, MS Teams, Slack, Google Chat. Which is why these tools are ideal for embedding an HR Service Delivery Chatbot that picks up and responds to employees’ questions and quickly addresses simple needs when, and where, they occur.
With our new Digital Workplace module, employees can now access HR services anywhere, with a better experience thanks to natural language understanding and using any channel they are most familiar with, including MS Teams, Slack, Messenger, Google Chat, SMS and WhatsApp. The Digital Workplace is extensible with an integrated Studio for end-users to train the Chatbot on new interactions.
3. Team Rating
In version 12.6, as part of the Performance module licence, a new feature is available on Appraisal Cycles to launch an appraisal review where each manager can review their whole Team in a single form, based on either the same set of Skills or a selected Questionnaire.
4. Appraisal Cycle Reference Date
Another important feature has been added to Appraisal Cycles to enable HR to add new Reviewees who were hired after the Appraisal Cycle Start Date. Using the new Reference Date field, it’s possible to change the date to check for additional eligible participants and their respective Jobs and Skills.
5. Recruiting Miscellaneous Enhancement
With HCM 12.6, we have ensured that any changes made to an applicant in Talentia HCM, such as scheduling an interview or moving the applicant to the shortlist, are also saved back to the Arca24 ATS.
6. Data Dictionary and Reporting Features
With the 12.6, two new Data Dictionary entities to facilitate reporting on Performance Appraisals and People Training have been added. With these two new entities, it is possible to retrieve the information of the Reviewee and the Learner on the date they were respectively evaluated and started the course.
Furthermore, new standard analytics have also been delivered as part of the Advanced Reporting licence.
