1.  Section “Tickets”

In this section, the date of last modification (Date of Update) of the ticket is added in order to give more evidence of the latest updates on open tickets.

In addition, the status “taken in charge” is introduced to make the work progress clearer. Consequently, the status “accepted” will only be used to indicate development requests confirmed by the customer, following a formally accepted effort.

2.  Section “Tasks”

The expected delivery date (Should End Date) of a task is added to provide a clearer indication of the timing of its release to production. This date may be updated by Arca24 staff should it be necessary to move the delivery of the task to the next release or to another date agreed with the customer.

MODULE CANDIDATES

1.  Search for “Candidate name”

Path: Candidates module > “Candidates” tab > “Advanced search”

As of this upload, the search for the candidate's name (not exact) is set by default as the first option in the drop-down menu. This thus replaces the search by exact name, which is no longer available in the software.

Path: Agenda Module (as well as candidate/client profile depending on your installation)
