1.      Preview of comments on irrelevant candidates

Path: Candidates Module > Candidate Profile > Candidate Profile Preview

It is now possible to see the list of comments entered when marking a candidate as irrelevant. The information is visible in mouse over on the calendar icon, where the list of activities carried out on the candidate is also visible.

2.      New “Candidate applied to the following ads” graphics

Path: Candidates module > Candidate profile > Profile tab > CV section

The display of job vacancies to which each candidate has applied directly has been updated. An icon has now been added to the left of each job vacancy distinguishing between online and offline vacancies. The details of the date and source of application remain. To open the process, it is necessary to click on the button “All candidates”.

STATISTICS MODULE

1.      New reporting configuration

Path: Statistics module

Some sections of the statistics module were rearranged according to the type of data extracted. For example: the “Conversion” section was moved as a subsection of the main tab “Candidates”.  The report preview has also been updated: instead of a list, the reports are now visible as buttons. Once you have entered a report, you can return to the main menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top left. The word OLD is going to disappear once all the reports are updated.
