Miscellaneous Enhancements
Continuous Feedback – New Visibility Option for Feedback Given
Customers licensed with the Continuous Feedback module can now take advantage of a new visibility option for Feedback, so that only the issuer and receiver of the feedback can see it. HR will continue to benefit from full permission to moderate.
Core HR – Compensation Change Log
As part of the Core HR licence, a new section called “Compensation Change Log” is available in the Compensation History page of the Employee’s dossier. This section is read only for all profiles. It logs all changes to Compensation Assignments relating to Compensation Items that have “change log” enabled. This new section gets automatically populated with the delta amount when new items are added in the Compensation Assignment section.
Absence – Compulsory Events
To avoid recalculation of Absence Taken and Accrual Remaining for historical Absences, Compulsory Events have now a new “Archived” status that prevents Publish action from the calendar taking them into account.
Core HR – Flattened Organisational Structure Historical Entity – For reporting purposes
To facilitate Historical reporting on the Organisational Structure, a new Entity in the Data Dictionary is available. With this entity, for each Unit it’s retrieves the levels above in the hierarchy, up to 10 levels and at a specified Reference Date.
Training Session Partial Attendance Management
It’s now possible to specify the minimum attendance percentage required for the learner status to be set as “Completed” for a Training Session. This way, a partial attendance on specific modules in the Course Outline would not necessarily be turned into a “Not Attended” status for the Learner.
Performance Module Improvements
Various configuration options have been added to the Appraisal Form to improve the user experience for HR, including:
1. Appraisal Form Template sections are now collapsed by default when opening Step 2 of the wizard. |
2. New configuration option for each Section to determine if, at run time, the section will appear collapsed by default. |
3. New layout option to choose whether to display detailed information, by default, in the Appraisal Review Header. |
4. When the Objective target is defined with achievements thresholds, it’s now possible to define what corresponds to each achievement threshold starting from Actual/Target instead of solely the Actual amount. |
5. An HR Administrator can now re-open Appraisal Reviews that have already been submitted, in the case where they need to restart or reassign selected reviews. |
Dynamic Point in Time Search
In Talentia HCM version 12.7, the Advanced Search includes a new option in the Filter Mode dropdown which enables a user to extract employee data valid at a specified date from the employee’s history.
For example, it’s now possible to extract an employee’s snapshot at the Hire date or (if applicable) at the Leave date. Or, if you would like to extract employee’s attributes at the date they completed, for example, a course or an assessment interview, it would be now possible for the end user and from the Advanced Search wizard.
Local Language Chatbot Training using Chat GPT
In version 12.7, for customers licensed with the Digital Workplace, the innovative multi-channel chatbot that’s natively integrated with Talentia HCM (released in 12.6), new functionality is available to train the chatbot to recognise new sentences in the user’s language. An Utterance Generator using Chat GPT can generate up to 50 different variations of the same sentence, starting from 3 sample sentences in the user’s native language.
