CPM: Unable to cast COM objects

What to do when trying to open an Excel report and this type of error appears?

This is a problem related to Microsoft Office, so it is necessary to carry out a quick reset of the latter from the Control Panel, after closing the Excel files open on the device, by following the steps indicated in the following images:
