What should I do if I try to open an Excel report and get this type of error?
This is due to a lack of association between the file and the ReportGeneratorLauncher, which can correctly open files with the '.cpm' format.
To associate them, right-click on the file, select 'Properties' and change the program with which you choose to open the file, as shown in the following images:
Look for the ReportGeneratorLauncher in the following path : C:\Program Files (x86)\Talentia Software\TalentiaCPM\Bin, and set it as the default program for opening all files with a '.cpm' extension.
Once the association has been made, the Excel reports should open correctly.
