Dear Customer,
As part of our security policy and in accordance with ANSSI recommendations, we are strengthening the security level of our users' passwords.
In this context, as of 21/03/2024, a new password policy will apply.
Your password must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 12 characters long
- Must include upper and lower case letters (a to z and A to Z)
- Must include a number (from 0 to 9)
- Must include a special character (!, @, #, %, etc.)Must not include the word "Zendesk
- Must not look like an e-mail address
- Must pass verification against compromised passwords
In addition, five attempts will be allowed before a temporary lockout of 10 minutes.
Please note that your current password will automatically expire on March 26, 2024 and you will be required to create a new password.
